Anyone have some yummy recipes using any of the following?:
tomatillos
poblano peppers
jalepeno peppers
corn on the cob
cabbage
I know I can just utilize the internet and search on my own (or use them in the obvious ways), but I thought getting some input from actual people would be much more satisfying! Thanks for the help!
I have a yummy Chili Relleno recipe that I got from Elizabeth Dansie. If you want it, send me your email address, or call me and I'll bring you a copy on Sunday. It uses Poblano peppers, and she put some sort of a tomatillo sauce on them. I also love the Cafe Rio house dressing, that uses tomatillos and jalepenos. I also have a recipe for cabbage wraps, somewhere. I usually make that or coleslaw with cabbage....
